Service

Orbit provides consensual location sharing within private circles for family safety and coordination. You must not use Orbit to track anyone without their knowledge and acceptance of an invite.

Accounts & invites

You are responsible for the people you invite and for keeping your devices secure. Accepting an invite means you understand members of that circle may see your shared location while sharing is enabled.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew until cancelled through the App Store, Google Play, or the billing surface where you subscribed. Free features may change as we improve the product.

Prohibited use

• Covert surveillance or harassment
• Impersonation or forced enrollment of adults
• Reselling access to another person's location
• Any illegal purpose in your jurisdiction

Disclaimer

Orbit is not an emergency service and does not replace 911 / local emergency numbers. SOS notifies your circle; it does not dispatch first responders.
